A great smile makeover isn't about chasing a Hollywood look or fitting some generic template. It's about understanding the proportions of your face, the shape of your lips when you talk, the way light hits your teeth when you laugh - and then choosing the combination of treatments that gets you to the result you actually want. Sometimes that's just whitening. Sometimes it's veneers. Often it's a thoughtful mix of two or three things working together. The skill is in knowing what to combine, in what order, for what effect.

Small adjustments to gum contours, tooth edges and proportions that often make the biggest difference. We'll discuss these as part of your overall plan if relevant.

Smile makeovers exist as a concept because most lasting smile transformations need more than one thing. Whitening your natural teeth before adding veneers means the final shade is brighter. Straightening crooked teeth first means we can place thinner, more conservative veneers afterwards. Sequencing matters - and good results come from planning the whole journey before starting any treatment.
Every makeover starts with a proper conversation - and we never start clinical work until you know exactly what you're getting.

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation with our treatment coordinator. We'll talk through what you want to change, what you've tried before, and what's realistic. £20 refundable deposit secures the appointment.

3D scans, BACD-protocol photography, OPG and CBCT if needed, a full periodontal assessment and oral cancer screening. We follow the full BACD diagnostic protocol - nothing gets missed.

Dr Bhavnish Waghela's experience as an ex-Director of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry shapes how we design your new smile - tailored to your face, your features, and your personality. Not a template.

Before any permanent work is done, we can show you a mock-up of your new smile - either digitally on screen or as a temporary preview in your mouth. You can see it, refine it, and approve it before committing.

Treatment is delivered in the right order - usually whitening first, then any orthodontic work, then bonding or veneers, with finishing touches at the end. Our onsite mini dental lab and CEREC technology mean many cases finish faster than you'd expect.

A makeover is a long-term investment. Regular check-ups and hygiene visits protect your result for years to come.
Smile makeovers are some of the most demanding work we do - because they bring together artistry, planning, technical skill and patient experience. Here's what sets us apart.
In suitable cases, yes. With our CEREC technology, we can design, mill and fit ceramic veneers in a single visit - particularly valuable for patients travelling from further afield or working to a tight timeline for a special event. Not every case is suited to same-day - we'll be honest about which approach gives you the best result.
Smile makeover pricing varies enormously depending on the combination of treatments involved. We'll always give you a full written quote at your consultation - detailing every component, every option, and the total investment. Finance through V12 is available to spread the cost, with options up to five years.

Many of our makeover patients travel specifically for treatment with our team. We've made this straightforward - remote consultations, Loom video updates, and a treatment coordinator who personally manages every appointment. Whether you're in Wigston, Oadby, Knighton, Stoneygate, Great Glen, Kibworth, Market Harborough, Hinckley or considerably further away, we'll make sure the journey is worth it.

It depends on what's involved. A whitening-and-bonding makeover can be completed in 2-3 weeks. Adding aligners can push the timeline to 6-12 months. Veneers can be done in a few weeks - or in a single day with our CEREC approach. We'll give you a personalised timeline at your consultation.
Not with our approach. The whole philosophy of how we design smile makeovers is around natural-looking results that suit your face and features. The fake look usually comes from poorly chosen shapes, overly bright shades or generic templates - none of which feature in how we work.
Yes - this is one of the most useful parts of modern smile design. Before any permanent work is done, we can show you a digital preview of your new smile, or a temporary trial smile bonded onto your existing teeth. You can see it, adjust it, and approve it before committing.
With good care, the various components of a smile makeover last differently - whitening for years with occasional top-ups, composite bonding 5-7 years, porcelain veneers 10-15+ years, CEREC crowns 10-15+ years. Regular hygiene visits and good home care extend all of these.
Most smile makeover treatment is remarkably comfortable. Composite bonding usually requires no anaesthetic. Veneer preparation involves only a small amount of tooth shaping under anaesthetic. Most patients are surprised by how much less involved treatment feels than they'd imagined.
The free consultation is designed exactly for this. There's no pressure, no commitment - just an honest conversation about what you want to change and whether a makeover is the right route. Many patients leave the consultation with a clearer sense of what they actually want, even if they don't proceed straight away.
Yes - through V12. Options include 0% interest over 12 months with no deposit, and longer-term plans up to five years at 9.9% APR. We can also stage treatment and payments for more involved cases.
