Step 1 - Free consultation
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation with our treatment coordinator. We'll talk through what you want to change, what you've tried before, and what's realistic. £20 refundable deposit secures the appointment.
Step 2 - Full clinical assessment
3D scans, BACD-protocol photography, OPG and CBCT if needed, a full periodontal assessment and oral cancer screening. We follow the full BACD diagnostic protocol - nothing gets missed.
Step 3 - Smile design
Dr Bhavnish Waghela's experience as an ex-Director of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry shapes how we design your new smile - tailored to your face, your features, and your personality. Not a template.
Step 4 - Trial smile preview
Before any permanent work is done, we can show you a mock-up of your new smile - either digitally on screen or as a temporary preview in your mouth. You can see it, refine it, and approve it before committing.
Step 5 - Sequenced treatment
Treatment is delivered in the right order - usually whitening first, then any orthodontic work, then bonding or veneers, with finishing touches at the end. Our onsite mini dental lab and CEREC technology mean many cases finish faster than you'd expect.
Step 6 - Ongoing care
A makeover is a long-term investment. Regular check-ups and hygiene visits protect your result for years to come.

Veneers in a day - is it really possible?
In suitable cases, yes. With our CEREC technology, we can design, mill and fit ceramic veneers in a single visit - particularly valuable for patients travelling from further afield or working to a tight timeline for a special event. Not every case is suited to same-day - we'll be honest about which approach gives you the best result.
How much does a smile makeover cost?
Smile makeover pricing varies enormously depending on the combination of treatments involved. We'll always give you a full written quote at your consultation - detailing every component, every option, and the total investment. Finance through V12 is available to spread the cost, with options up to five years.
