After a poor experience with an NHS practice, I decided to give Natural Smiles Leicester a call, after a referral from a friend. The entire staff are fantastic and although I am nervous of the dentist, I found everyone welcoming and professional, from the time I walked in, and throughout my treatment. Dr Raja is an amazing dentist who is great at explaining things and does not make you feel under pressure to go ahead with any treatment. The best dental experience I've ever had, Dr Bhav W was fantastic all the way through my journey with Natural Smiles! I've been scared of dentist ever since school dentist. After deciding to go to Natural Smiles they have all been amazing at putting you at ease. Dr Anmol Bal has been brilliant she explains everything every step of the way, you decide the pace of treatment needed to be done. She will always ask if you are ok during treatment and if you wanted to stop for a minute or so. Its been such a positive experience after the treatments and now my next appointment is for a check up. I still have a fear of dentist but they are very supportive and don't dismiss the fear which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend going to this dentist.
My experience at Natural Smiles was excellent, after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years I finally plucked up the courage to visit Dr Raja and I'm so glad I did, he instantly noticed I was feeling very anxious and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have been to a couple of different dentists in the past but Dr Raja was by far the best I've been to, not only was he very pleasant he also talked me through every step of what he was doing. It depends on the treatment. Our new patient examination is from £70 for a 45-minute appointment including diagnostics. Our free consultations (for implants, smile makeovers and clear aligners) are with the treatment coordinator and require only a £20 refundable booking deposit.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We publish every price upfront, and your written quote includes everything - materials, laboratory costs, follow-up appointments where relevant. If something unexpected comes up during treatment, we always discuss costs before proceeding.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We're a private practice and you can pay using insurance reimbursement, but we don't operate insurance plans directly. We can provide all the documentation you need to claim from your insurer.
What if I can't afford the full cost of treatment?
Talk to us. Through V12 finance, we can spread the cost of treatment over months or years - including 0% over 12 months for many patients. For very complex cases, we can also stage the treatment and payments. Our treatment coordinator will help you work out what's possible.
Will the price I'm quoted change?
Quotes are valid for 3-6 months depending on the treatment. If anything significant changes, we'll issue a fresh quote first. We never add costs partway through treatment without discussing them with you first.
How do I pay?
We accept all major payment methods - card, bank transfer and finance through V12. Most treatments are paid for at the time of the appointment; for larger plans, we usually take a deposit at planning with the balance paid across subsequent appointments.
