The treatment I had was 1st class and pain free. Dr Bhavnish and his team are all very supportive and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I want to thank them all for my lovely new SMILE and for looking after me.

Val S.

I've been scared of dentist ever since school dentist. After deciding to go to Natural Smiles they have all been amazing at putting you at ease. Dr Anmol Bal has been brilliant she explains everything every step of the way, you decide the pace of treatment needed to be done. She will always ask if you are ok during treatment and if you wanted to stop for a minute or so. Its been such a positive experience after the treatments and now my next appointment is for a check up. I still have a fear of dentist but they are very supportive and don't dismiss the fear which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend going to this dentist.

Eileen J.

I contacted Natural Smiles after decades of being afraid to smile because of the condition of my teeth and gums plus my fear from previous bad experiences with other dentists and of being judged. I needn't have worried. I decided to have full dental implants, both upper and lower. It really has been a life-changing decision. Dr Bhav and all of the team have been superb from beginning to end. I am so glad I plucked up the courage to contact Natural Smiles.

Zahra J.

I really love coming to the practice. Amy at reception is always on-point and helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure she can fit you in and keeps you updated of any cancellations so you can get an earlier appointment if needed. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr Bal and Dr Waghela both of which are extremely knowledgeable in their fields and thoroughly explain any procedures you choose to go for. They always have your best interest at heart and I can say that I 100% trust them with my smile. I've always found it hard to find a dental practice I can trust and having this practice in Leicester is a big win. I've been with them for 4 years now and couldn't recommend it enough!

Your new patient experience

If you're joining us for the first time, your initial appointment is a new patient examination - a 45-minute visit designed to be thorough, calm and genuinely informative.

A warm welcome

You'll be greeted by name, offered a drink, and shown to one of our spacious treatment rooms. None of the rushed, clinical feel of older practices.

A proper conversation

We'll start with time to understand your history, any concerns you've noticed, and what you'd like out of your dental care going forward.

A complete examination

Including a 3D scan of your teeth, BACD-protocol photography, OPG and additional radiographs (CBCT if appropriate), oral cancer screening and a full periodontal assessment.

Clear findings

We'll talk you through what we found in plain English, with visuals where helpful. No vague "all looks fine" without context.

Your plan

A tailored recommendation for what (if anything) needs doing - with honest options and clear pricing. You'll leave with a plan, not a puzzle.
