A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about the smile you'd like to have. Free consultations for dental implants, smile makeovers and clear aligners.
Most dental consultations feel like an exam - clinical, rushed, instruments out before you've even sat down. Ours is genuinely different. Your free consultation is a private, unhurried conversation with our treatment coordinator - someone whose entire job is to listen to what you want, answer your questions honestly, and help you work out whether we're the right practice for you.
No instruments. No drills. No pressure. Just a proper chat about what you'd like to change and what your options might look like - so you can decide what (if anything) to do next.

Your first appointment is structured to give you everything you need without overwhelming you. Here's how it unfolds.

You'll be greeted by name, offered a drink, and shown to one of our spacious, calm consultation areas. None of the clinical, intimidating feel of older practices.

Our treatment coordinator will take real time to understand what brought you here - what you'd like to change, what you've tried before, what you're worried about, and what success would look like for you.

Based on what you've shared, we'll talk you through the treatments that might be relevant - in plain English, with honest pros and cons. You'll also see before-and-afters from similar cases so you can get a sense of what's realistic.

Timing, recovery, costs, finance, anything you want to ask. We'd rather you leave with too much information than too little.

If you'd like to proceed, we'll book your next appointment - typically a full clinical examination. If you'd like time to think, that's completely fine. We never pressure, never upsell, never rush.

For implants, full mouth restorations and complex smile makeovers, the surgeon and clinician matters more than almost any other factor. That's why these treatments are led personally by Dr Bhavnish Waghela - an ex-Director of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, KOL for SprintRay, Enlighten Centre of Excellence accredited, with over 6,000 implants placed and 25 years of fully private experience behind him. He accepts referrals from other dentists for complex implant work, and personally provides IV sedation for nervous patients.

Your free consultation is genuinely free - the deposit simply secures your appointment time. It's refundable when you attend, and it helps us keep things running smoothly for the patients who really want to be seen. You won't be charged anything else for the consultation itself.

You can also reach us directly on 0116 218 2181. We're open:

Yes - the consultation itself is completely free. The £20 booking deposit simply secures your appointment slot and is refunded when you attend. You won't be charged for the conversation, and there's no obligation to proceed with treatment afterwards.
Your free consultation is with our treatment coordinator - someone whose entire role is to listen to what you want, understand your situation, and help you decide whether we're the right practice for you. If you choose to proceed, your next appointment is a full clinical examination with a dentist.
Usually around 30-45 minutes. We never rush you - if you have more questions, we'll take more time. The whole point of the appointment is to give you everything you need to make an informed decision.
We'll talk through the general options and likely cost ranges so you have a clear picture of what's involved. A detailed treatment plan with precise pricing comes after your full clinical examination, where we can take scans, X-rays and proper diagnostic information.
That's completely fine - it's actually one of the most common reasons patients book a consultation. Just choose I'm not sure on the form and we'll help you explore your options. Many patients walk in unsure and leave with a much clearer sense of direction.
Often yes. Patients who've been declined elsewhere - particularly those told they don't have enough bone - frequently turn out to be candidates after a proper assessment with us. Our in-house CBCT and Dr Waghela's experience with complex cases mean we can often find a way forward.
Absolutely. Many of our patients have come to us after years of avoidance. The consultation involves no instruments, no drills and no clinical examination - just a conversation. For nervous patients undergoing complex treatment later, we also offer IV sedation personally provided by Dr Bhavnish Waghela.
Yes - just put their details on the form and add a note explaining the situation. We'll contact them (or you, depending on preferences) to arrange the appointment.
We aim to get you in within 1-2 weeks. If you're travelling from further afield, we'll work around your schedule and can sometimes arrange a remote video consultation as a first step. We also offer Loom video updates for patients who can't always visit in person.
