Dr Bhavnish Waghela

After qualifying from King's College London in 1995, Dr Bhavnish Waghela has spent over 25 years practising cosmetic, general and implant dentistry across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. His passion for restoring and rehabilitating teeth led him to undertake in-depth advanced training in dental implants, and he's now placed over 6,000 implants with a documented 98% success rate.
Bhavnish is particularly drawn to the transformation - both physical and emotional - that comes from restoring a patient's confidence through implant and cosmetic dentistry. He continues to keep up to date with the latest techniques, training with some of the most renowned dental specialists in the UK and USA.
With that advanced training, he now helps other dental colleagues by introducing and training them in aspects of dental implants - and accepts referrals from other dentists for complex implant cases and advanced dentistry at both Leicester and Corby practices.
Outside dentistry, Bhavnish volunteers at a Leicester Hindu temple, plays the Tabla (Indian hand drums), and enjoys spending time with his family.

Dr Anmol Bal
Anmol graduated from Birmingham University in 2018 and has a particular interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry to transform smiles, alongside general dentistry. Her ethos is to provide high-quality, painless dentistry for all her patients in a calm and caring environment, ensuring a positive experience at the dentist. In her spare time, Anmol enjoys travelling, fitness and spending time with family and friends, and she considers herself a big foodie.

Our reception team, dental nurses, hygienists and treatment coordinator all contribute to the experience our patients describe as different from any other practice they've been to.
Treatment coordinator
Our treatment coordinator is your single point of contact throughout your journey - from your first free consultation through to treatment completion and beyond. Their job is to listen, to explain, and to make sure you feel supported at every stage. For patients considering implants, smile makeovers or clear aligners, the treatment coordinator is usually the first person you'll speak to.
Dental nurses and hygienists
Our nurses and hygienists are an integral part of every appointment - bringing experience, kindness and attention to detail. Our hygienists, in particular, are trained in modern techniques including Airflow stain removal, with a focus on gentle, thorough care that protects your long-term oral health.

Lee Beyer
Business Manager
Lee joined the Natural Smiles team in 2022 as Business Manager. He oversees an amazing team who put patients' best interests at the heart of everything they do. Lee is methodical, analytical and forward-thinking, and makes sure the operational and business side of the practice runs smoothly. Outside of work, Lee loves spending time with his family and watching his daughter artistic roller skate.

Reception Coordinator
Amy joined the team in 2021 and is the warm, welcoming face patients see when they walk into the practice. She loves nothing more than having a chat with our fantastic patients and offering them a hot or cold drink. Outside of work, Amy is always looking forward to her next trip away and loves spending time with loved ones.

Treatment coordinator
Nina joined the Natural Smiles team in 2026 as Treatment Co-Ordinator. She takes a caring, compassionate and comprehensive approach to supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. She believes in being transparent and honest with patients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable and confident when making decisions about their dental care. Outside of work, Nina enjoys music, fashion and beauty, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Manisha has been with the team since 2020 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2016. She has a wealth of clinical experience and complements the dentists on a daily basis. Outside of work, Manisha loves travelling, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
