A team that genuinely cares about every patient

Dental practices vary enormously - and what really sets one apart isn't the equipment or the building. It's the people. Our team has been carefully built around a shared philosophy: take time with every patient, explain everything clearly, do work we're genuinely proud of, and never rush. The result is a practice where you'll be remembered, looked after, and treated like a person rather than a procedure.

Dr Bhavnish Waghela

Principal Dentist

GDC Number: 71137

After qualifying from King's College London in 1995, Dr Bhavnish Waghela has spent over 25 years practising cosmetic, general and implant dentistry across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. His passion for restoring and rehabilitating teeth led him to undertake in-depth advanced training in dental implants, and he's now placed over 6,000 implants with a documented 98% success rate.

Bhavnish is particularly drawn to the transformation - both physical and emotional - that comes from restoring a patient's confidence through implant and cosmetic dentistry. He continues to keep up to date with the latest techniques, training with some of the most renowned dental specialists in the UK and USA.

With that advanced training, he now helps other dental colleagues by introducing and training them in aspects of dental implants - and accepts referrals from other dentists for complex implant cases and advanced dentistry at both Leicester and Corby practices.

Outside dentistry, Bhavnish volunteers at a Leicester Hindu temple, plays the Tabla (Indian hand drums), and enjoys spending time with his family.

Our wider team

Behind every great appointment is a wider team that makes the whole experience work - from your first phone call right through to your final review. Our reception team, dental nurses, hygienists and treatment coordinator all contribute to the experience our patients describe as different from any other practice they've been to.

Treatment coordinator

Our treatment coordinator is your single point of contact throughout your journey - from your first free consultation through to treatment completion and beyond. Their job is to listen, to explain, and to make sure you feel supported at every stage. For patients considering implants, smile makeovers or clear aligners, the treatment coordinator is usually the first person you'll speak to.

Dental nurses and hygienists

Our nurses and hygienists are an integral part of every appointment - bringing experience, kindness and attention to detail. Our hygienists, in particular, are trained in modern techniques including Airflow stain removal, with a focus on gentle, thorough care that protects your long-term oral health.

Why our team is different

Choosing a dental practice is choosing a long-term relationship - so the people matter as much as the credentials.

Unhurried appointment times so we never feel rushed

Plain-English explanations of everything we find and do

A treatment coordinator dedicated to your experience

Experienced clinicians with deep expertise in their respective areas

A genuine team culture - we like working together, and it shows

25 years as a fully private practice with the same values throughout

Real stories from patients who wanted to feel like themselves again

Frequently asked questions

Will I see the same dentist at every visit?

Yes - continuity of care is something we take seriously. You'll have a dentist who knows your history, your concerns and your goals. For specific treatments (such as complex implant work), Dr Bhavnish Waghela may be involved alongside your usual dentist.

Does Dr Waghela personally place all dental implants?

Yes - implants and advanced restorative work are led personally by Dr Bhavnish Waghela. His 6,000+ implants placed and 98% success rate reflect decades of focused expertise in this area.

Can I choose which dentist I see?

Of course. If you have a preference - particularly if you've seen one of our team before - just let us know when you book and we'll arrange accordingly. We'll always try to match you with the right clinician for your specific needs.

Is the practice good for nervous patients?

Many of our patients have come to us after years of avoidance. Our calm environment, unhurried appointments and treatment coordinator approach make a real difference - and Dr Waghela personally provides IV sedation for patients undergoing complex treatment who need extra support.

Do your clinicians do their own continuing education?

Yes - extensively. Dr Bhavnish Waghela trains and lectures other dentists in implant techniques and laser dentistry. Dr Anisha Mistry has completed multiple postgraduate courses in cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry. Continuing education is core to how we maintain our standards.

Can I bring my children to be seen by the team?

We treat older children and teenagers as part of family appointments. For very young children, we'd typically recommend a dedicated paediatric dentist who specialises in early-years dental care.
