My experience at Natural Smiles was excellent, after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years I finally plucked up the courage to visit Dr Raja and I'm so glad I did, he instantly noticed I was feeling very anxious and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. How much does the membership plan cost per month?
Membership pricing varies depending on the level of care you need and any existing dental work. Our team will go through the exact monthly figure with you when you enquire - and we'll always make sure it works out as a saving compared to paying as you go for the same level of care.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership is on a monthly direct debit basis and you can cancel at any time. There's no long-term commitment, although we ask for a small notice period - we'll explain the specifics when you sign up.
What if I need treatment that isn't included in the membership?
You'll receive your member discount on most treatments outside the plan - from fillings and root canals to crowns and extractions. The list above shows some examples. For treatments not in the discounted list (such as dental implants or smile makeovers), standard pricing applies but we can spread the cost through V12 finance.
Can I join the membership plan straight away?
Most patients can join after their new patient examination - this gives us a chance to understand your current dental health and recommend the right level of care. If you're already an existing patient, you can join at any time.
Do you offer a family membership?
Speak to our team - we can usually accommodate family arrangements, especially for older children and teenagers having care alongside their parents. We'll work out the right setup with you.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rebookings. Missed appointments without notice may incur a small fee, but we're always reasonable - life happens and we understand that.
Does membership affect emergency appointments?
Yes - in your favour. Members don't pay the emergency callout fee. Any treatment provided at the appointment is charged at member rates.
Is membership available immediately or do I need a waiting period?
There's no waiting period for general care. For most preventive and routine treatments, your membership benefits start straight away.
