We've always believed that good dentistry starts with honesty. About what you need. About what your options are. And about what it's going to cost. That's why every single one of our treatment prices is published, every quote is written down, and every finance option is explained before you commit to anything.

We offer two ways to look after your dental care - and most patients find the right answer is some combination of both.
Pay as you go
Standard pricing for each individual treatment, paid for at the time of treatment. Suitable for patients who visit less often or who want maximum flexibility. View our full price list to see costs for every treatment we offer. See our full price list
Monthly direct debit covering your routine care - check-ups, hygiene appointments, X-rays - plus a meaningful discount on most other treatments. For patients who visit regularly, it almost always works out cheaper than paying as you go. Learn more about our membership plan
For larger treatments, we offer flexible finance through V12. This makes treatments like dental implants, smile makeovers and aligners more accessible by spreading the cost over months or years.
Whichever route you choose, every written quote includes the same standards of clarity.

As a fully private practice for over 25 years, our pricing reflects the time we spend with patients, the materials we use, and the technology behind every treatment.

For our three primary focus treatments - dental implants, smile makeovers and clear aligners - we offer free consultations with our treatment coordinator. A relaxed conversation about what you want to change, with no clinical pressure. A £20 refundable deposit simply secures your appointment slot.

Most prices are from prices - meaning that's the starting point for that treatment, but specific costs vary based on complexity. For example, a single dental implant starts from £2,700, but if bone grafting or advanced planning is needed, the final cost can be higher. We'll always give you a written quote tailored to your specific case.
For routine treatments, payment is typically due at the appointment. For larger treatments, we often take a deposit at the planning stage with the balance paid at later appointments. For finance-funded treatments, V12 handles payment directly to us.
£1,000 is the minimum spend for V12 finance. Below that, we accept standard payment by card or bank transfer.
No - we're a fully private practice. This means more time per appointment, more flexibility in materials and technology, and a more tailored approach to each patient. If you currently see an NHS dentist and are considering moving to private care, your new patient examination is a great place to start.
No. A consultation may be charged (the new patient examination is from £70; free consultations are free with a £20 refundable booking deposit), but the written quote that follows is part of that appointment - there's no separate fee for the quote itself.
Quotes are typically valid for 3-6 months from the date of issue, depending on the treatment. If anything changes (for example, the price of materials, or your clinical situation), we'll always issue a fresh quote first.
